Quality trip
In order to systematically audit the effectiveness of current management system, measure customer satisfaction more productively, amend the activities, MELTEM started the studies for ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System in April of 2004.
The current work and method systematic was revised, the deficiencies were detected and trainings were obtained from various institutions for this, personnel trainings were organized, periodical internal audits were done and the operability of system was recorded.
At the end of these works, MELTEM A.Ş. has deserved to be certified with Quality Management System in 31.05.2005 by SGS which is an international certification foundation.
Now, still having been certified with ISO 9001:2008 standard by SGS, our company is still continuing amending the system, increasing the effectiveness. The trainings are continuing, in order for all employees to actively support the system, awareness raising trainings are continuing.
