As Meltem inc. our aim is;

To follow growth policies in the logistics sector within the framework of our corporate goals, strategies and ethical values, to increase our brand awareness in the international market by maintaining our leadership in the national market; to continue to be an innovative, reliable and long-term logistics solution partner for our customers, respectful to the law, the environment and all our stakeholders.
In order to achieve this aim ensure its sustainability, we adopt the policies below;

To act by taking all feedback into account in order to periodically review the demands of our customers, make the necessary service differentiations and produce solutions that meet their expectations,
To ensure continuous internal and external customer satisfaction by identifying risks, dangers and opportunities in all our business processes and planning the necessary activities,
To fulfill our product safety, human health and environmental precautions by acting with sensitive requirements such as food, medical equipment, dangerous substances, and loaded uses in product content that threaten human risks in our transportation and storage operations,
To increase the satisfaction and corporate loyalty of our employees by employing the most suitable people for the relevant position in all units of our organization, to carry out anti-discrimination activities carefully in all processes,

As Meltem A.Ş., our Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Policy and ISO 45001 OHS Management System practices aim to ensure the utmost care in occupational health and safety for our employees, visitors, and third parties in our administrative offices and workplaces.

In line with this goal:

To create a work environment that meets all legal requirements and corporate working conditions related to occupational health and safety, and to make the working environment as safe and healthy as possible to prevent work-related injuries and illnesses.
To consider the expectations of relevant parties and emphasize employee participation and consultation.
To ensure the involvement of all our employees in identifying hazards in advance and conducting risk assessments to reduce and eliminate the risk of loss, damage, work accidents, and occupational diseases, thereby providing a safe, healthy, and ergonomic workplace environment for employees.
To apply and develop occupational health and safety rules in all our processes for our employees and all other stakeholders.
To ensure the adequacy of necessary equipment and facilities for appropriate working conditions, to conduct periodic checks, and to make improvements.
To establish and continuously improve a sustainable OHS management system supported by top management and embraced by all employees.
To identify, evaluate, and take action on OHS goals, OHS risks, opportunities, and hazards, and to monitor the effectiveness of performance and practices.
To comply with all sectoral, national, and international regulations and laws while carrying out our activities.
To provide our employees with training on occupational health and safety, thereby enhancing their competencies and increasing personal awareness on this matter.

In line with this aim we promise to;

Comply with compliance obligations in order to reduce and minimize environmental pollution in the environments where processes take place during our activities,
Reduce as much as possible the environmental impacts that occur during our operations,
Increase and continuously improve our environmental performance by setting new goals and targets, to meet the expectations of our internal and external stakeholders regarding environmental targets,
Ensure that wastes are taken under control, the amount of waste is reduced, and they are disposed of in a way that does not harm the environment,

To ensure that all our activities are carried out in accordance with ISO 27001:2022 standard within the scope of our Information Security Management System,
Provide secure access to its own and its stakeholders' information assets,
Protect the availability and reputation of information,
Protect the credibility and reputation of the company,
To apply the sanctions deemed necessary in case of breach of information security,
Reducing the impact of information security threats on service and business continuity, ensuring business continuity and sustainability,
To ensure the information security requirements arising from national and international regulations, fulfilling the requirements of legal and relevant legislation, meeting the obligations arising from agreements, and corporate responsibilities towards internal and external stakeholders,
Ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of company information at the level required,
To create information security awareness among company employees and to encourage users to implement practices to increase their obligations regarding information security,
Ensuring the continuity of business processes with minimum interruption,
To work towards continuous improvement.

The 'Information Security Policy' created for these purposes has been put into effect with the approval of the management.
